EMR was founded by Mr. Mario Mazzaro in 1965 as a manufacturer and rewinder of electrical motors. With an unwavering dedication to values, integrity, service and quality EMR has enjoyed consistent and solid growth since inception.

Building on experience and with a focused strategy EMR has expanded into related industries such as generators, transformers, and mini-sub station manufacture and maintenance.  Through innovation and solid business principles EMR has become the largest and most reputable electrical motor, transformer and generator manufacturer in Limpopo.

Today, the Mazzaro family, Mr.Vinicio Mazzaro (son) and Maurizio (grandson) are at the helm of EMR which will celebrate it’s 47th birthday in 2012!

Facilities & Equipment

Our facilities include  a 2500m² Factory, a fully equipped CNC plasma cutting and metal working shop and a boiler-making shop all managed and operated by highly motivated and qualified staff.
